Proposal When a Professional selects a Coach and requests coaching services, the Coach will provide a proposal outlining the specific services, fees, and availability. The Professional may accept the proposal and proceed with scheduling and payment through the Platform.
Coach-Professional Relationship
Independent Contractors Coaches and Professionals engage in a direct relationship with each other. CoachingDoneBetter.com acts solely as a facilitator and does not employ, endorse, or control the Coaches. Coaches are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of their coaching services, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Release of Liability By using the Platform, you agree to release CoachingDoneBetter.com from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of or in any way connected with your interactions with Coaches or the services provided by Coaches.

Professional Responsibility: Professionals are responsible for their interactions and communications via the chat feature. We encourage respectful and professional conduct during all chat interactions. Professionals And Coaches should refrain from sharing personal, sensitive, or confidential information through the chat feature.
Privacy and Security: We prioritize the privacy and security of professional data during chat communication. However, please note that while we implement appropriate security measures, no method of data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Professionals are encouraged to exercise caution and avoid sharing sensitive information through the chat feature.
Live Streaming
Purpose: The live streaming feature allows coaches to broadcast coaching sessions or workshops in real-time to multiple professionals. It provides an interactive platform for remote coaching sessions and group learning experiences.
Professional Participation: Professionals who join a live stream session can actively engage with the coach through features such as real-time chat, comments, and Q&A. However, it is important to note that while professionals can interact with the coach, their identities and interactions may be visible to other participants. Professionals should respect the privacy and intellectual property of others during live streaming sessions.
Recording and Usage: Some live streaming sessions may be recorded for educational or promotional purposes. By participating in a live stream, professionals consent to potential recording and future use of the session content. Professional Conduct
